The Basic Search
Enter one or more search terms (the words or phrase that best describe the information you want to find) into the search box and press the Search key.

Automatic "AND" Searches
By default, the search will return pages that include all of your search terms. There is no need to include "AND" between terms.

Phrase Searches

"OR" Searches

Excluding Words

        • Added a “Change Log” to the front of all reports that are generated using draft data.

      Support Activity Integration*:

        Support Activity Integration creates new relationships between Supporting Activities – Operational Improvements and Supporting Activities – Increments.

        • Created a Support Activities tab on the Portfolio Detail page.
        • Added a new “Support Activity Perspective” Report.

      • NSIP Data Report Integration introduced the following five “Perspective” reports in both Excel (raw data) and PDF format:

      • Added new landing page for NSIP Report which allows user to choose the different perspective to export the report.

      System Browser

      • In order to integrate the NSIP data to the existing data elements, the following pages are updated as well: OI/OS Browser, OI/OS Detail, Program Browser, Program Detail, Project Browser, Project Detail, System/service Browser, System/Service Detail.

      Phase 2 NSIP 5.0 Section Virtualization

      • Added Stakeholder tab on the portfolio detail page to display Interactive RASCI Matrix. This chart has a filter matrix by Role and/or FAA Office and allows users to hide/show columns based on the criteria specified. Users can navigate to OI/OS and Increment detail page by clicking on each listed OI/OS or increments on the chart.
      • Added Stakeholders tab on the Increment Detail page to display Related Organization to Increment per their Roles and Responsibilities: Accountable, Accountable/Responsible, Consulted, Informed, Responsible and Supports. Users can navigate to the organization detail page by clicking on each of the listed organizations.
      • Added Roles tab on the Organization Detail page to display related increments to Organization per their role and responsibilities: Accountable, Accountable/Responsible, Consulted, Informed, Responsible and Supports. Users can navigate to the increment detail page by clicking on each of the listed increments.
      • Added System Interactions tab on Portfolio Detail page to display interactive system image which is enhanced to include image map and linked to existing data elements on the portal. When User click on the different sections of the image, preview data popup wind with a button to go to the detail page opens. If the image symbol points to multiple data elements, the preview popup will provide separate buttons for links to each of the data elements detail page

  • Changes
    • The NAS EA has a new “Documents” section which can be found under the My NAS EA portion of the website. This feature will be used as an ad-hoc registry to host frequently requested documents such as CM Change Request Form. Additional documents will be added to the list based on portal community input.
    • The portal has a new “Suggestion” feature that is accessible from most pages across the site. The feature allows users to send page-specific corrections and/or suggestions, automatically tagging the page it was requesting from. Users will also have an option to upload a document before submitting their comment.
    • Refinements were made to the Architecture Products page including grouping lists of SA Diagram models by type (for example SV-4 Data Flows and  SV-4 functional decomposition), ability to list multiple files for download under each view (for example, a PDF and Excel version of an OV-3).
    • System Architect models Diagram Viewer now includes the ability to pan and zoom the large diagrams. Each SA model diagram opens in its own window making it possible to compare two diagrams side-by-side. The Diagram Viewer also displays the name of the encyclopedia it was exported from to help track the versions of the models uploaded to the portal.
    • The first release of the SA/DOORS integration allowed users to navigate from the Diagram Viewer to the related Enterprise Requirements page where applicable. In this release, users can now navigate from the Enterprise Requirements page back to the related Architecture model diagrams, integrating the data from the two systems further.

    • Project data element introduces a more granular approach for identifying relationships between Programs and Systems on the Portal. Project metadata is imported from SPIRE – each project corresponds to a CIP (Capital Investment Plan) line item.
    • A key enhancement is the ability to define relationships between Projects and other portal data elements. This release allows Projects to be related to Programs, Systems and Decision Points.
    • Roadmaps on the portal now support the ability to provide descriptions for Procedures, Program Activities and Project Milestones when required. It also supports symbols that represent a collection of OIs/OSs and Actors.
    • Program data element was enhanced with the addition of a description attribute and CIP identifier attribute. The layout of information displayed in financial detail tab of programs was redesigned, making it easier and more intuitive to view the various CIP line items/projects related to that program.

    • Architecture products navigation has been separated into two sections: Enterprise Level products and Program Level products.
    • Enterprise Architecture Product Browser shows available enterprise-level products broken out by status (Approved Baseline, Final Draft, Review Draft, Retired) and timeframe (As-Is, Mid-Term, Far-Term).
    • Enterprise Architecture Detail lists all available products within a given timeframe and status. It contains links to PDF versions of the architecture products and where applicable, links to System Architect model diagrams that have been imported.
    • Diagram viewer allows users to view and interact with System Architect model diagrams. Clicking on the diagram displays details available for that diagram symbol and where applicable, shows related requirements.
    • Program Architecture Browser allows users to select programs from a list that have architecture products.
    • Enterprise Requirement Browser shows available requirement document broken out by timeframe and status.
    • Enterprise Requirement Document detail provides a link for downloading the PDF version of a requirements document. Where applicable, users can also browse individual requirement statements that have been imported from DOORS.
    • Requirement Detail allows users to view requirement data imported from DOORS. Users can navigate to this page directly from the diagram viewer or through the Enterprise Requirement Document detail screen.
